Coral Shipping Information

Shipping Schedule

  • We ship live corals and marine life on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays via UPS Overnight to ensure the quickest delivery.

Shipping Rates

  • All live goods have a minimum shipping cost of $80.
  • For orders totaling $80-$299, shipping is charged at $45.
  • Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping.

Packaging

  • Our corals are securely packaged in 12x12x12 inch insulated boxes, and are double or triple bagged with oxygen, occasionally supplemented with carbon. Depending on the weather, we include pet-approved 40-hour heat packs or ice packs.

Tracking and Support

Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to various regulations, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally.

Additional Charges

  • If a second box is necessary, an additional fee of $30 is charged. We will cover any further costs to ensure safe delivery.

Arrival Guarantee

  • Our corals come with a 12-hour live arrival guarantee. In the event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), please send photo proof to initiate a claim. We offer credits for future orders when replacements are not available.
  • Weather-Related Delays: "Please note that severe weather conditions may impact delivery times. We monitor weather forecasts closely and will communicate any potential delays to ensure the safety and health of your marine life during transit."
  • Handling Instructions Upon Arrival: "Upon arrival, please acclimate your corals slowly to ensure they adjust well to their new environment. Gradual acclimation helps reduce stress on the corals, promoting a healthy start in your aquarium."
