Shipping Schedule
- We ship ONLY on Tuesdays, and Wednesdays via UPS Overnight to ensure the quickest delivery.
Shipping Rates
- Each state has their own shipping rates!
- In state shipping is only $25!
- Orders over $350 qualify for free shipping.
Packaging
- We use the highest quality packaging and insulation offered in the industry!
Tracking and Support
- Tracking information is sent automatically when shipping labels are printed. For any issues, please contact Sales@greatlakescorals.com.
Shipping Restrictions
- Due to various regulations, we do not ship to Hawaii, internationally.
Arrival Guarantee
- Our corals come with a 12-hour live arrival guarantee. In the event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), please send photo proof to initiate a claim. We offer credits for future orders when replacements are not available.
- Weather-Related Delays: "Please note that severe weather conditions may impact delivery times. We monitor weather forecasts closely and will communicate any potential delays to ensure the safety and health of your marine life during transit." WE DO NOT COVER ANY DOA (dead on arrivals) DUE TO WEATHER DELAYS OUT OF OUR CONTROL!
- Handling Instructions Upon Arrival: "Upon arrival, please acclimate your corals slowly to ensure they adjust well to their new environment. Gradual acclimation helps reduce stress on the corals, promoting a healthy start in your aquarium."
